At Chapman Gallery, each painting is a unique, original artwork. We value your trust and want you to

feel confident in your purchase. Our return policy is designed to balance customer reassurance with the

one-of-a-kind nature of original art.

Final Sale & Exceptions

All sales are considered final once shipped, with the following exceptions:

Damaged or Misrepresented Works

If your artwork arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We

will arrange a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your piece

within 14 days of delivery. Artwork must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and at the

buyer’s expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Commissioned or Customized Works

Commissioned or customized artworks are final sale only and cannot be returned or refunded.

Consumer Protection Compliance

Our policies follow Australian Consumer Law and Canadian consumer protection standards, ensuring

you are always covered if a product is faulty, misrepresented, or damaged in transit.
