📦 Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • All original paintings include FREE domestic shipping within Australia.
  • Paintings are carefully packaged and shipped via a tracked and insured courier.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery, depending on location.

International Shipping – United States & Canada

  • A flat-rate fee of $30 AUD applies (Stretched Canvas Only) to orders shipped to the U.S. or Canada.
  • This rate includes professional packaging, tracking, and full insurance to protect your artwork in transit.
  • Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on customs clearance.
  • All Rolled Canvas (Shipping is Free) for United States and Canada.

Processing & Handling

  • Each painting is securely packaged to ensure safe arrival.
  • Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Additional Information

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • If you prefer to receive your painting rolled in a protective tube (instead of stretched on its frame), please contact us before purchase to discuss available options.

Shipping Options
Your artwork can be shipped in one of two ways:

  1. Stretched Canvas – Ready to hang, carefully packaged and shipped flat on its wooden frame.

  2. Rolled Canvas – For a lighter, more economical option, the artwork can be removed from its frame, rolled, and shipped securely in a sturdy shipping tube. This option may require professional re-stretching upon arrival.

Return Policy

At Chapman Gallery, each painting is a unique, original artwork. We value your trust and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our return policy is designed to balance customer reassurance with the one-of-a-kind nature of original art.

Final Sale & Exceptions

All sales are considered final once shipped, with the following exceptions:

Damaged or Misrepresented Works

If your artwork arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your piece within 14 days of delivery. Artwork must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and at the buyer’s expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Commissioned or Customized Works

Commissioned or customized artworks are final sale only and cannot be returned or refunded.

Consumer Protection Compliance

Our policies follow Australian Consumer Law and Canadian consumer protection standards, ensuring you are always covered if a product is faulty, misrepresented, or damaged in transit.
